JNK Cayetano's Khaleesi (F)
ILR#292895
JNK Cayetano x JNK Tobias's Kalosi
DOB 4/8/19
***SOLD Congrats Nicole***
This young female is the third of our JNK x JNK bred parents. Her sire is our classic pack male, JNK Cayetano. Cayetano has completed several legs of his PLTA Advanced certifications and is a complex registered therapy llama with Pet Partners. He has also won over 25 grand champions in halter. Cay is a double Halter Best of Show winner!
Cayetano is by a PLTA Master Packer (MPL Sky Rocket) and out of one of our very best producing classic females (Rocky Mountain Sunshine). Grandma produced many of our keeper herd animals and was a show and regional champion winner in halter. Her sire (great grandsire to this baby) was the great, Rocky Mountain Jester who was a packer, driver and all around llama. Great grandma, Bett's Supaya lived to be 24 and was upright and still going strong until the end.
Kalosi is a keeper in our herd and by our supreme producing pack male, MPL Anders Tobias. Toby has the strongest rear end we have ever seen on a pack llama. He also has the best work ethic and stamina of any llama we have seen besides Isle Eagle (our foundation woolly herdsire). On top of all this, Kalosi is an absolute sweetheart and loves a good hug and butt scratch from you! She also loves water too and dances in the hose when offered the opportunity. We showed Kalosi a few times and she did really well winning Halter Grands and Bred and Owned.
Arriving with a birth weight at 37+lbs, Kahleesi was up and nursing immediately. The first week after her birth, she gained 1+lbs a day! Her 2016 full brother was 38lbs and is now in Colorado hiking. The 2017 full brother is part of the Redwood Llamas breeding program now.
At weaning, this promising young female will be heading to a great home to carry on her family legacy.
UPDATE: Her first show out she was Double Reserve Grand Champion behind her Best of Show Aunt JNK Tobias's Toviah.
Name Origin-
Khaleesi is named after the "Mother of Dragons" character in the hit show Game of Thrones. We have been waiting for Kalosi to have a female offspring so we could name it this!

JNK Marisco's Kalahari (M)
ILR#292910
Marisco x CMF Eagle's Kestrel
DOB 4/21/19
***SOLD Congrats Pam***
Predictable Registered Pet Partners Therapy Llama
Another home run from this pairing that has that attention demanding presence. His older brother "Serenity Park's Ramazon" is a many times show winner (40+ Grands and Reserves) and in our opinion the very essence of what a good/correct llama should look like! He is also a third generation driving llama on the dam side (both her sire and dam side drove) and is an excellent packer too!
Sire is our many times Halter Champion (ILR/ALSA) and Best of Show Halter Winner Marisco. Marisco is a full Peruvian son of two time National ALSA Halter Champion *Sipan. In addition to being correct, Marisco has been a Complex registered therapy llama since 2006! Most recently, Marisco won Double Best of Show and Regional High Point at age 17!
This young males dam Kestrel is owned by our NZ friends Terry & Sandra Spekreijse. She has produced champion after champion every year. Kestrel is a halter and performance winner. She also is an accomplished driving llama!
Grandsire to this male is our Isle Eagle. Eagle was the top show and driving llama of all time. Additionally, Eagle was an accomplished packer and therapy llama. Eagle is one of only two ALSA Breeder Elite titled llamas in the world. He also was a 4x National Driving Champion when classes were full with competition. Eagle daughters are the basis of our woolly program and we have swept shows every year with their descendants. Many people seek this line too for their brains and driving abilities.
Other greats in this line were drivers, ALSA Champions, packers, therapy animals and much more!
The 2018 sibling to this male, Rialto, won in halter and fleece his first show out at 5 months!
Pretty much every llama in this pedigree drives, wins in the showring, does performance, has beautiful fine fiber and is just an all around AMAZING llama! Many of the full siblings to this cross are around the country in other breeding/showing programs. To top it off, he has gorgeous, pencil locked, silky fiber! It is around a 16-17 micron count.
This young male has so much promise and to top it off as a bonus, he is a beautiful white silver with heavy bone. He is going to a show and all around use home!
UPDATE: Hari was Double Grand Champion Non-Breeder at the 2021 COLA Show!
Meaning of the name:
Kalahari's new owner is a pretty amazing lady that started and helps run a non-profit Fearless-Compassion in Rwanda. It is amazing what they are doing to help with human trafficking and the exploitation of the woman there! Because of her time she spends there, it seemed only fitting her new llama would be named after a pretty important feature of the area!
The Kalahari Desert is a large semi-arid sandy savanna in Southern Africa extending for 900,000 square kilometres (350,000 sq mi), covering much of Botswana, parts of Namibia and regions of South Africa.

JNK Huaycool's Aglianico (M)
ILR#292893
Huaycool x JNK Eagle's Chantika
DOB 4/30/19
***Sold Congrats Pam***
Complex Registered Pet Partners Therapy Llama
A very unique male from our now deceased full Peruvian male and one of our keeper Eagle daughters. We have found the crossing of full Peruvian males with our North American proven girls is magic!
The sire to this male is a former chief herdsire for the famed Hinterland Ranch. Huaycool's parents were both Peruvian imports. An ALSA Halter Champion and regional champion in halter, Huaycool added an ingredient to our girls that created a balanced, quiet, correct and fine fibered animal. We lost Huaycool in the Spring of 2019.
JNK Eagle's Chantika is the dam of this beautiful male. Tika is one of our precious Eagle daughters and definitely has her sire and granddam's brains! She is wicked smart and easy going too. Tika is an ILR SD/UAP Halter Champion and was one grand short of an ALSA Halter Champion when our show system switched in the N.W.. Had there been a novice performance champion in ALSA at the time, she would have earned that too. Tika took two years off from our breeding program to be used for 4H. During that time she helped her youth win state in showmanship and performance divisions. This female is one of our farm favorites and can be pastured with anybody because she does not bully or cause drama with the other girls.

When Bauernheim Llamas announced their retirement, we purchased Bauernheim's Nina (Ivory Pond's Aladdin x Bauernheim's Naima). She was exotically beautiful and such a character. Our only wish when we bought her was to get a female offspring by Eagle out of her. Nina loved to stomp dogs and play in the water. She was Jeff's favorite llama and had the most beautiful face in the industry! This line also is known for fine fiber.
This young male is going to be leggy, correct and stunning. He has a neck like a giraffe and unusual silver markings on his feet, tip of tail and ears. This line is wicked smart and needs a very competent handler to utilize their full potential!
UPDATE: Nico was Double Reserve Grand Non-Breeder at the 2021 COLA Show. His first show!
Meaning of the name:
Aglianico (English: /ælˈjænɪkoʊ/ al-YAN-i-koh,[1] Italian: [aʎˈʎaːniko]) is a black grape grown in the southernregions of Italy, mostly Basilicata and Campania. The vine originated in Greece and was brought to the south of Italy by Greek settlers.[citation needed] The name may be a corruption of vitis hellenica, Latin for "Greek vine".[2] Another etymology posits a corruption of Apulianicum, the Latin name for the whole of southern Italy in the time of ancient Rome. During this period, it was the principal grape of the famous Falernian wine, which is said to be white wine, the Roman equivalent of a first-growth wine today. (From Wikipedia)

Huaycool x JNK Normandie's Gevalia
DOB 4/21/19
***JNK/Serenity Park Keeper***
Complex Registered Pet Partners Therapy Llama
This promising young female is from some of our very best lines. The dam is owned by Terry & Sandra Spekreijse of NZ.
The sire to this female is a former chief herdsire for the famed Hinterland Ranch. Huaycool's parents were both Peruvian imports. An ALSA Halter Champion and regional champion in halter, Huaycool added an ingredient to our girls that created a balanced, quiet, correct and fine fibered animal. We lost Huaycool in the Spring of 2019.
JNK Normandie's Gevalia is an ILR SD/UAP Halter Champion with lots of performance experience. Gevalia has also been a Complex registered therapy llama in the past. For several years, Gevalia was a youth 4H project and did well in performance and skills classes. This is Gevalia's first offspring.
Grandsire is our many times Halter Champion (ILR/ALSA) and Best of Show Halter Winner Marisco. Marisco is a full Peruvian son of two time National ALSA Halter Champion *Sipan. In addition to being correct, Marisco has been a Complex registered therapy llama since 2006! Most recently, Marisco won Double Best of Show and Regional High Point at age 17!
Granddam is our former top producing woolly female we bought from the famed Bauernheim Llamas herd, Bros Normandie. Normandie produced many champions in halter and performance. She also produced three therapy llamas. Normandie kids have consistently cleaned up in the showring and been stellar producers! Normandie was a many times Production Pair and Produce of Dam winner!
We haven't decided what we are doing with this young female yet. She is very correct and would make a great therapy/show llama. At this point we are tempted to keep her! This is even more tempting given her sire and granddam are now deceased.
Meaning of the name:
1. A city in northern Italy, it is the capital city of the Province of Ferrara.
2. One with this last name is incredibly loyal, kind, and respectful. The Ferrara background is strong-hearted, superior, and bright. (from Urban Dictionary)

The first female from this pairing! Much to the relief of our friend that reserved a female from this pairing over five years ago! If she hadn't been promised, she would be staying right here.
A beautiful female to end our birthing season. Entering the world at 33.2lbs, she is inky black with curly fiber. All legs, overall balance and structure that will surely put her into the ribbons! This female is going to be a killer show and breeding female.
This female is by our senior woolly herdsire Marisco. Marisco is an ALSA & ILR Halter Champion, many times Best of Show Male and Complex Registered Therapy Llama with Pet Partners (since 2006). His offspring are all over the country and have won top honors in halter and performance. In addition, he has had three offspring that are registered for therapy work! Marisco is a kind soul in and out of the showring. In 2018, he won Double Best of Show and Western Region Overall Champion Male at age 17. In 2019 he was Double Grand Champion Moderate Heavy Wool Male at age 18! We use him to do hospice work and other therapy visits in addition to breeding.
The dam of of this woolly black beauty is our JNK Huaycool's Rosabella. Born on our farm, Rosabella is one of our most successful show, performance and therapy llamas we have produced. She is an ALSA and ILR Halter Champion and ILR Performance Champion. She is a Complex Registered Therapy Llama with Pet Partners as well. Rosabella is one of the sweetest and kindest llamas we own besides Marisco. Her nickname is "The dog" because of her puppy dog friendly attitude. Her first three full sibling sons by Marisco all won in halter at their first shows. Some fleece awards too!
Paternal grandsire is the famous *Sipan. Imported in 1997, he went on to become an ALSA Halter Champion, ALSA Get of Sire ROM and two time ALSA National Champion in halter. The second time at age sixteen. Shown and imported by Hinterland Llamas.
Maternal grandsire is Huaycool (*Huaycho x *Heylee) who was purchased at the Hinterland dispersal in 2010 for use on our Eagle and Marisco daughters. Huaycool was an ALSA Halter Champion and producer of numerous halter and performance winners. He also produced several Pet Partners Registered Therapy Llamas and was so gentle a two year old could lead him.
The maternal Grandmother to this female was our very best producing woolly female Bros Normandie. Normandie (formerly owned by Bauernheim Llamas) created halter and performance champions every time she gave birth. She also made three Pet Partners Complex Registered Therapy Llamas too! Normandie was a Legend's Rammas granddaughter, which is the same line that gave us Isle Eagle (the top show llama of all time). Her sire was an English import named *Union Jack. Normandie's Produce of Dam and Production Pair (2 offspring from the same dam) entries won nearly every time they were entered. Her descendants have won top honors in fleece as well.
*El Fuerte is this girl's full Peruvian Great Grandsire. After researching, we realized that in a short production, he has produced more winning llama descendants than any other line in history. An ALSA National Get of Sire Champion and ALSA Get of Sire Champion and ROM recipient. One of Hinterland's most prepotent and recognized lines.
This young female has a bright future ahead of her!
UPDATE: Bellissa was Double Reserve Grand Champion in halter at her first show!
Origin: Italian: Fair; lovely one.
