Kalosi Double Reserve Grand Classic Female 2011 COLA ILR Show
Kalosi came out of Rosie literally ready for the world. She has a very inquisitive attitude. Rosie's babies all have had friendly outgoing dispositions and Kalosi is no exception. She is a friendly llama that loves a good water bath and knowing what is going on at the farm!
We only took Kalosi to a few shows and she did great. In reflection, we are not really sure why we stopped showing her?
With it getting harder and harder to find good quality classic pack llamas, it has become more apparent that what we have is better than most we see. This solidified Kalosi staying and joining our classic breeding herd.
Kalosi is the mother of all packers! Her babies are routinely 37-39lbs and grow to be strong packers. Three of her babies are packing in Colorado. Several reside in this state as well. We are pleased with the conformation, temperament and classic coat she throws.
Kalosi got her name from a rare type of Starbuck's coffee from an area in Indonesia. She is a carbon copy of her dam Rosie. Kalosi is a sweetheart and we are glad we kept her for our breeding program! She is always up for a good butt scratch or hug while you are out in the barn.
Around here, Kalosi is one of our favorites!
