For over a year, we searched for a B size mini that had been handled and could drive as well. Niki bought Shadow first part of August 2019 with the plan of working him into being Monte's backup for therapy work. To our delight, he is a really fun little horse to drive. Niki won the pleasure driving class at the Kitsap Miniature Horse Show their first time in the ring.
The verdict is still out if he will be a therapy horse but, for now he is just a lot of fun to have around and drive. In the future, we will be doing CDE driving events with him.
